Building Material Package

Log Package includes:

• 1 set of Eastern White Pine or Engelmann Spruce, dried, precut, coped, and dadoed wall logs for main level as per your personal proposal
• Dado blocks, 1/2" threaded rod, rod couplers, nuts & washers for log corners
• Puttylastic architectural log sealant
• Brown metal edge for windows and doors where applicable
• 1 x 4 exterior time for top windows and doors
• Clad double-hung windows and patio doors, screens, and latches
• Nord 9-panel hem-fir front door with removable center panel
• Windows and door t-jamb material, door jamb, door stop, threshold, brick-mold, weathership and bottom door sweep
• 2 x 4 wall studs, top & bottom plate and blocking for main and loft level walls
• 2 x 6 wall studs, plates and blocking for main and loft level plumbing walls
• 2 x 12 door headers at load bearing walls, 1/2" x 8" lag bolts and washers
• Sikkens stain, a three coat process, as per proposal for exterior log walls, exterior gables, exterior dormers, soffits and application guide to insure yuour 30 year warranty
• 1 easy to read construction manual and 2 day on-site supervision and training for the do-it-yourselfer or your personal general contractor

Roof Framing & 2^nd Floor Material Package includes:

• Gable studs, top & sill plates
• 2 x 12 gable window headers
• 2 x 6 dormer studs, top and sill plates
• 2 x 12 dormer window headers where required
• 1/2" sheathing for gable and dormer walls
• 2 x 10 fascia board
• 2 x 4 soffit blocking
• 2 x 6 gable rakes and sub-facia
• Micro-Lam ridge beam as per construction documents with decorative log ridge beam cover
• 8" log ridge beam support post
• 2 x 6 knee wall bracing as per plan
• 8" log porch posts, header, rafters and exterior log railings as per your personal proposal
• 2 x 6 decking for porch ceiling
• 1 x 6 T&G Carsiding for exterior gable ends, soffits and dormer soffits
• 2^nd floor system where applicable includes floor joists, rim joists, and micro-lams as per construction plans

Interior Material Package includes:

• Log raling for loft stairs and balconies
• 1 x 6 carsiding to cover cathedral ceiling and gable end in great room, dining room and kitchen as per your personal proposal
• Log trim for interior main level and loft level
