Crossover Chain

The moulder pushes the log to a set of powered rollers that are moving faster than the moulder. As the log clear an electronic eye, the cross-over chain lifts up from under the rollers and positions the log onto the 4 row orange chain. These chains move the log across the building to the next production step, the cut-off saw.
